Welcome to Coalition! These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of Coalition's services, including its website and Discord bot (collectively, the "Services"). Use of the Services

Coalition grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Services for any other purpose, including for any commercial purpose, without the express written consent of Coalition.

COALITION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COALITION MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COALITION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Coalition's total liability to you for any and all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to use the Services.
